Description

GUE Instructor Irene Homberger introduces some basic scuba skills to create a solid foundation and a sound practice model as you increase your underwater proficiency.

When performing drills, practicing skills, or executing bottle rotations or other crucial activities underwater, you may need to remove your primary regulator and switch to a backup or stage regulator. When this happens, you should always stow your primary away on your chest D-ring. This will prevent your primary from being lost, dragging against the environment, or getting tangled somewhere. This video briefly shows easy-to-practice techniques for clipping and unclipping your primary regulator to your chest D-ring.
